Shipping
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible by your chosen delivery method.
Our items are in three categories indicated by a symbol at the end of the item name.
- Items marked with a diamond are in stock and usually dispatched the next working day
- Items marked with triangle are usually dispatched the next working day from another warehouse.
- Items marked † are special Order or made-to-order, please allow 30 days for delivery of these items.
We use sophisticated software to keep track of our stock, but occasionally we make a mistake and something may not be available. This is rare, but when it happens, we can only hold our hands up, apologise, hope for your understanding and say we are human too.
Returns
We try to keep costs down so we do not sell goods on approval. For made-to-measure items, please measure accurately, and then measure again. Do not reply on your clothing size, use a tape measure. Please examine items on delivery. If any item turns out to be faulty or is damaged in the post, please let us know immediately. If you need to return an item, please let us know via the Contact Us page.
Refunds Policy
We are happy to give refunds for items that are faulty if we are notified within a reasonable time. Please contact us before returning items, contact details can be found on the Contact Us page. All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Management.
